The FlexiForce A201-25 Force Sensor is a thin and flexible force-sensitive resistor designed for measuring applied force and pressure between two surfaces. This version provides a standard force measurement range of approximately 0 to 25 lb (111 N). As force is applied to the sensing area, the electrical resistance of the sensor decreases, allowing the applied force to be measured using suitable signal-conditioning electronics. Its slim profile and flexible construction make it suitable for prototyping, embedded systems, robotics and OEM force-sensing applications.
