The 7Semi UCC27516 Gate Driver Breakout Board is a high-speed, high-current MOSFET/IGBT gate driver module built around the UCC27516 IC. It provides strong 4A peak source and 4A peak sink drive capability, enabling fast and efficient switching of power devices. With very low propagation delay, wide supply voltage range, and support for both inverting and non-inverting input modes, this breakout is ideal for high-performance power electronics, motor control, and high-frequency DC-DC converters.
