The 7Semi PT1000 RTD 2-Wire Temperature Sensor Amplifier Breakout Board is built around the MAX31865 RTD-to-digital converter, designed specifically for precision temperature measurement using PT1000 platinum RTD sensors. It accurately converts small resistance changes of the PT1000 into digital temperature values using an internal high-resolution ADC. Although designed as a 2-wire configuration, the MAX31865 also supports 3-wire and 4-wire RTD setups, offering flexibility for advanced applications. With SPI communication and compatibility with both 3.3V and 5V logic systems, this breakout is ideal for industrial, scientific, and embedded temperature-measurement applications.
